“Washington College is facing a backlog of energy-related, deferred capital projects that have a negative impact on our operational efficiency, and as a result create unmanageable growth and volatility in our energy budget. FESCO Energy developed an off-balance sheet energy savings project that will address over $9 million of deferred capital projects, improve our energy resiliency, secure over $2 million of utility rebates, reduce greenhouse emissions by more than a third, and guarantee cost savings of $1.2 million annually. FESCO team members have been responsive, collaborative problem solvers, working alongside our team to identify, quantify, and eliminate energy waste on our campus. Their people, process, systems, and engagement are exemplary.”
