Frederick, MD. – February 3, 2026 – FESCO Energy LLC (FESCO or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott K. Higgins to its leadership team as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Higgins is a seasoned executive with a background in management and optimization of business operations and brings extensive experience overseeing complex infrastructure projects. Mr. Higgins joins the Company effective February 2, 2026.
Previously, Mr. Higgins served in roles including National Business Development Manager of MBP Construction Engineers, Vice President of Facility Engineering Associates, and Executive Director of Federal Markets at Clayco. Mr. Higgins is a proven senior executive with over 40 years of experience in all facets of construction and infrastructure development including business operations, construction management, strategic planning, contracts management, business development and organizational leadership. Further supporting the Company’s core activities in the Federal market, Mr. Higgins has extensive experience in the military serving as a Commanding Officer for the Navy Seabees and Senior Military Advisor in the DoW. Mr Higgins holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.). In addition to his industry experience, he has served as President of both the SAME DC and Bragg Posts.
